Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 3–4 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are not eligible for refund.

Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a refund.

  2. Ship the item back to us securely.

  3. Once we inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
