The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are not eligible for refund.

Ship the item back to us securely.
Once we inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged or used, the refund request may be declined.
